Morning Check In


I didn't make my goal, but it was very much improved over the previous days.  I even got in a dance mood (the green part) for awhile.  



Binged on tangerines - had 4 of them at various points during the day - not all at once.  They put my sugar over, but not by as much as other days and my sodium was under for a change.  Ate quite a bit, but it was lower calorie food so I got quantity, not calories.
